Get to know Joe

Joe Jaworski is a third generation Texas trial attorney, licensed to practice law in Texas state and federal courts since 1991.
He earned his Bachelors from Davidson College and his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law.

Upon graduation from UT Law, Jaworski clerked for renown maritime and civil rights jurist John R. Brown of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Following a robust two-decade Admiralty and maritime trial and appellate law practice, Jaworski is recognized by his colleagues and clients as a skilled national and international mediator, resolving complex defense base act, windstorm, personal injury and property damage claims brought in state, federal and administrative law courts throughout the United States.

Jaworski mediates via Zoom and in person in locations across the nation and overseas.

Public Servant

Jaworski, a former council member, mayor pro tem and mayor of Galveston, Texas, owns The Jaworski Law Firm which he proudly headquarters in downtown Galveston at the historic 1873 Washington Building.
